Our Right to Live FREE of Tyranny -DID NOT- End With The Defeat of The British.

On December 20, in the aftermath of the Newtown, Connecticut school murders, the Village of Ellenville held an emergency board meeting to hear the public’s response on the Mayor’s proposal to ban firearms in the village. According to the Daily Freeman the meeting “drew 99 people, 29 of whom spoke.”
I was one of the 99 in attendance and one of the 29 who spoke that night and this is my eye witness account.

Though there were many opinions on what caused the tragedy in Newtown, and how to prevent it from happening in our area, the 2nd Amendment and the prevention of its violation became the dominant topic of the night.

Of the 29 who spoke all were opposed to the board implementing a ban on firearms. There were varying ideas and degrees of ideas on how to make the children safer but all 29 speakers agreed that violating the 2nd Amendment was not the way.

Of the 99 in attendance I did not witness one person raise their hand or signal in any manner of agreement with the Mayor’s proposal to violate the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution.

It is not just the opinion of this eyewitness and speaker, as Tracey Baxter, reporter and journalist for the Times Herald Record, draws the same conclusion in his report:

“Ellenville Mayor, Jeff Kaplan, had called a special village board meeting… What he didn’t hear was a public outcry for some type of weapons ban instead those who spoke out during the standing room only informational meeting challenged the need for gun control- legislation saying it would do nothing to reduce violent crime and would infringe on the constitutional rights of law abiding gun owners.”

So with the obvious consensus that there should be NO firearm ban from the 29 people who spoke, and the apparent consensus from the 99 people who showed up, you would expect to hear the mayor step back from his proposed unconstitutional firearms ban.

Instead, immediately following the meeting – much to my dismay, and not at all to my surprise – the mayor decided to ignore the voice of, we the people, and continued onward with his unconstitutional proposal when he announced, during a YNN News interview, “I think there’s some ways that we can look into tightening up the rules and regulations regarding gun ownership and um, guns within the community”.

This ladies and gentlemen is what America has come to, our words and input into our own community and the laws which will govern our lives are completely ignored.  We no longer have a voice.

Add to this the fact that the governor of New York has stated that “Confiscation could be an option… Mandatory sale to the state could be an option [and] Permitting could be an option…”

and there is absolutely no question that the representatives of N.Y. are confusing the Empire State for the Ottoman Empire and confusing themselves for the tyrants in control and not the simple little elected officials they are.

The country in which we now live, is not only -not- a republic, it is not even a democracy. We are now being ruled by tyrants in a communist government. Please don’t let the fact that we go to a voting booth and elect these people convince you otherwise. We are being attacked by tyrannical elected officials and their accomplices in the main stream media.

Before I completed this article another article was published that a N.Y news agency publicly listed the names & addresses of pistol permit holders; it included an interactive map whereby you can “click on any one of the dots and get the full name and exact address of the permit holder.”

These sick deranged Democrat extremists, are now putting targets on our families’ backs. It is time for Americans to stand up and take back their country as the Declaration of Independence not only declares, it is our “right”, but so ORDERS, it is our “duty” to do.

“That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”

We are now passed “light and transient causes” and well entrenched in “a long train of abuses and usurpations.”  So, it is now “[our] right and [our] duty… to provide new guards.”

If these despots wish to rule by fiat as despots do, then let them amend the Constitution as is required. Then, we the people can have no quarrel and no recourse (but to amend it back again) for the Constitution is the Law.

However, as long as they are violating the Constitution and Declaration of Independence by “usurping” our rights and properties as they are now proposing in N.Y. and in both houses of the U.S. congress, we have the right to defend said rights and properties by all means necessary. Even if 300 million out of 350 million citizens asked our elected subordinates to make a law ending free speech they are not permitted to do so unless they first add an amendment to the Constitution either rescinding or overriding the first amendment.

As the title of this article says, our right to live FREE of tyranny did NOT end with the defeat of the British, but because our politicians and our Liberal dominated schools have so skillfully omitted and or removed the Constitution from law making and public learning a whole generation has been manipulated into thinking we the people are to be governed by our elected officials.

In fact though, we the people are to be governed by the Constitution of the United States of America. Our elected subordinates are only there to carry our message because 300+ million people cannot fit into one room. And as I stated above not even 300 million people have the right to violate the Constitution, only to amend it.

I want to thank my wife for helping me bring this story to life. She typed the 1st draft for me as we drove out to Pennsylvania the other day.

While I was dictating it to her I literally broke down in tears as the realization of the condition of my kids future started to hit me. I have slept far too long. I have not only let their future fall into the hands of tyrants from the Democrat, Republican, and most deranged of them all Liberal/Democrat parties I have also let the sacrifices of our dauntless military veterans be for naught.

Personal message the children and veterans of America:
I apologize to you all and hope I can redeem myself by helping to re-secure the America our children were guaranteed and the America our veterans sacrificed for. I do not know if this can be done before I die, but I pledge this to you: From here on out I will not stop fighting for you until one or the other happens.

To the American elected officials: I want to share these wise words from Ammoland.com.
“Reflect on our gun laws and future bills thoughtfully, as the consequences of your decisions will affect the civil rights of every inhabitant within our United States of America. As a constituent, I can make this promise to you…I will donate time and money for campaigns in every upcoming election. I will donate time and money to participate in every grass roots effort to defend the Second Amendment. I will donate time and money to pursue every legal course of action against those who attempt to infringe on my right to keep and bear arms.”

I will add just one thing to the above words: Never forget you are bound by the United States Constitution and if you think the Constitution is preventing you from applying a necessary policy then AMEND it, DO NOT circumvent it because that would disqualify you and the policy from being relevant.

Also to our elected officials remember these wise words by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.:
“There are two types of laws: just and unjust. I would be the first to advocate obeying just laws.
One has not only a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws.
Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws. I would agree with St. Augustine that “an unjust law is no law at all.””
